Nice to meet you 😊 I am Cherri and I am soo pleased you selected me to be your service provider 🫶🏾 Just a few things before your appointment ❤️ ✨ Guests: Due to limited space, no extra people unless they’re being serviced as well. ✨ Timing: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and after 20 minutes you’ll need to reschedule. Timely spots help me to stay on schedule. ✨ Add ons: Please read the description of what’s included in the style. Curls and layers have to be added separately. It is important to add these on so my site blocks off more time for your appointment so the next person isn’t waiting. Running behind on one person creates a domino effect for the entire day. ✨ Lace appts: Lace should be HD for the most natural look. All used lace must be clean and free of product before reuse. ✨ Drop-Offs: New wigs/ closures pcs should be dropped off at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your service timely. If your appts falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday please drop off the Saturday prior being that Sunday and Mondays are non work days. ✨ Custom Coloring: Hair must be dropped off 4–5 days in advance. Please send inspiration photos for a price quote. ✨ Illness Policy: If you’re sick, please reschedule—no exceptions.
